    "content": "STRONG signal in EM97 at the VTGS.  Managed to decode 5 frames.\n\nSaw a little bit of weirdness in doppler shift.  BUT.......that might \nhave been my gnuradio flowgraph mis-tuning (might need to check my \nplus/minus signs in the next 1.5 hours for the next pass).\n\nOther than looked good.
