    "content": "First off, I would like to say, not sure why you sent this on the 9th \nand I just received it today on the 11th.\n\nI looked in the database and I see that an Alan Kerhlikar placed an \norder on May 10, 2019 for the AMSAT Academy Registration at 13:24 using \nthe email address [email protected] \n<mailto:[email protected]>.\n\nI do not see you ordering anything with the email address of \[email protected]. It does not appear that you have ever registered \nto place an order at the AMSAT online store with this email address. \nThat could be why you could not log in nor reset your password. Cannot \nreset the password because there is no account.\n\nYou can go to the AMSAT online store right now. Click on AMSAT at \nHamvention, order a quantity of 1 of the Academy. Then go to checkout. \nWhen it asks for returning customer and log in, do not attempt to do \nthat. Simply enter the Billing Details. At the bottom, you will be asked \nfor your email address, use your gmail account.
