    "content": "Here are the date options for our next local\nAMSAT-DC Workshop, each one a Saturday.\nIf like last year, the session would start no\nearlier than 9:00 AM:\n\nApril 10\nApril 17\nApril 24\nMay 1\nMay 8\nMay 15\n\nLast year the workshop was held on the\nlast Saturday of April in Greenbelt, Md.\nEach participant built a PICetSat II module\non a generic printed circuit board (an\n\"ETU\" module) from a $90 kit.  This year\nthe module will be assembled on a\ncustom printed circuit board (a \"proto-\nflight\" unit) which would be MUCH\neasier.  The module transmits simple\ntelemetry on UHF from a small high-\naltitude balloon using a popular\nmicrocontroller PIC chip.\n\nI would expect the same scenario for this\nyear, and possibly add an option for an\nantenna construction project, but I\nwanted to check first before locking in\nthe date and activity.\n\nSo, my questions are simple:\n\nWould you attend our workshop to build\neither a PICetSat II module kit OR a 432\nMHz antenna?  Which one would you\nprefer to construct and take home?\n\nWhich of these dates noted above would\nlikely be good or bad for you to attend?\n\nCan you, or someone you know,  head\nup the antenna-building part of the\nworkshop with me?\n\nAny other questions?
