    "content": "SMALL HIGH-ALTITUDE EXPENDABLE BALLOON \nLAUNCH AT COMING MASON-DIXON HAMFEST ON \nSUNDAY, OCTOBER 24, 2010 . . . \n\nWanna help?  We need you!  \n\nWe need to set up a simple but effective \nground station or two.  Got radio?  Great!  \nYou are in!  Got laptop?  Great!  You are \nin!  \n\nThere are many jobs to do.  Sign-up sheets \nare available.  \n\nI will be holding a ten-minute planning \nsession at the next Carroll County Amateur \nRadio Club meeting in Westminster, Md., on \nMonday night, September 13, complete with a \ndemo of the three different PICetSat module \ntypes.  (Two types of the module have their \n433.920 MHz FM telemetry downlink in Morse \nCode and the other in Packet Radio.)
