"content": "Hi Bob,\n\n \n\nThanks for your message. One would think that with your \n\ntrip and your presentation that you had your hands full \n\nwith things to do this coming Saturday. \n\n \n\nThank you for your offers. \n\n \n\nWell, as far as the signs go, if you are so willing, we \n\ncould use a large one outside near the main entrance \n\nthat points to the LEFT saying: \n\n \n\nAMSAT\n\nParking In Lot\n\n500 feet\n\n \n\nThe next sign in priority of need is one for indoors \n\nnear the reception desk that points LEFT and says: \n\n \n\nAMSAT\n\nMeeting in\n\nPioneer Hall\n\n \n\nThe challenge will be on exactly how to hold each one in \n\nplace. (By rope, frame, stake or tape? I dunno yet.) \n\nMy poor eyes likely won't notice any sign under two feet \n\nin length without lots of white space. \n\n \n\nThe last sign can be an AMSAT banner, like that used for \n\nHamfests, either very conspicuous inside the meeting room \n\nor immediately outside the meeting room, whichever would \n\nhave the \"greatest effect\" (for photos ops or directions). \n\nI side with the former. I just spoke with Martha on the \n\nphone and will swing by her office to pick up a banner \n\nthis afternoon. \n\n \n\nNow if someone else can take charge of a FOR SALE \n\ndisplay then that would be good. Either 3x5-inch cards \n\nor half-sheets of 8.5x11-inch paper? On a eisle or a \n\ntable or a board of some sort? Anybody? \n\n \n\n[Has everyone distributed fliers?] \n\n \n\nTHANK YOU,\n\n \n\nPat Kilroy\n\nN8PK\n\n \n\n \n\n-------------------------------------------\nMr. Patrick L.
