"content": " Print this message.\n\nFYI, YOU MIGHT WANNA TUNE in 145.800 MHz on\nyour FM transceiver or scanner radio to listen to\nthe international repeater as it flies overhead\nin the afternoon or evening.\n\nA given pass is less than ten minutes, so you will\nalso need to know when it is flying by. See below\nfor all the scoop you need to know to check it out!\n\nHelpful Newbee Notes: You may need to add or delete\nspaces in the header line of the pass list below to\nmake the labels line up over the column properly.\nThe dates and times (in hh:mm:ss) are given in EST\n-- NOT UTC -- for the greater Washington-Baltimore\narea. You may disregard the \"Between\" column of\ninfo. (I myself don't find it very useful.)\n\nHeight is given in miles for the sub-satellite\npoint, not your range to the ISS. When listening\nfor the first time, don't worry about tuning for\nDoppler unless you are really picky, and then just\ntune for \"best signal\" at leave it at that for the\nmoment.\n\nIf you hear the chatter and enjoy it then tell\nyour friends!\n\nCheers,\n\nPat Kilroy, N8PK\nAMSAT Area Coordinator\n\n\nSB SAT @ AMSAT $ANS-034.03\nISS Repeater\n\nAMSAT News Service Bulletin 034.03\n From AMSAT HQ SILVER SPRING, MD.\nFebruary 3, 2008\nTo All RADIO AMATEURS\nBID: $ANS-034.03\n\nThe ISS cross band repeater is on and functioning as of this\nannouncement. It is on Uplink 437.800 MHz FM, Downlink 145.800\nMHz FM. It is quite strong and can be heard well on a simple\nsetup. I read a report that \"someone\" called CQ and there was\nno-one coming back to him. Listen and give it a shot.\n\n[ANS thanks Tony, K2MO, for the above information]\n\n/EX\n\nDate (L) AOS (L) LOS \n(L) Duration Between Az @ AOS Max \nEl Az @ LOS Height (mi)\nISS (ZARYA) at Baltimore,MD with 5° mask\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\n2/5/08 \t14:48:13\t14:52:14\t00:04:01\t--------\t177°\t8°\t78°\t128.6\n2/5/08 \t16:20:53\t16:28:18\t00:07:24\t01:28:38\t234°\t77°\t51°\t128.8\n2/5/08 \t17:57:08\t18:02:47\t00:05:39\t01:28:49\t279°\t13°\t41°\t129.0\n2/5/08 \t19:34:12\t19:37:47\t00:03:35\t01:31:24\t311°\t7°\t49°\t129.4\n2/5/08 \t21:09:09\t21:14:51\t00:05:42\t01:31:22\t319°\t13°\t82°\t129.9\n2/5/08 \t22:43:39\t22:51:06\t00:07:27\t01:28:47\t309°\t80°\t127°\t130.2\nISS (ZARYA) at Baltimore,MD with 5° mask\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\n2/6/08 \t00:20:03\t00:23:44\t00:03:41\t01:28:56\t281°\t8°\t183°\t130.5\n2/6/08 \t15:07:14\t15:13:57\t00:06:43\t14:43:29\t206°\t25°\t62°\t128.6\n2/6/08 \t16:42:03\t16:48:57\t00:06:53\t01:28:06\t256°\t26°\t45°\t128.8\n2/6/08 \t18:19:00\t18:23:24\t00:04:23\t01:30:02\t297°\t9°\t43°\t129.1\n2/6/08 \t19:55:14\t19:59:30\t00:04:15\t01:31:50\t318°\t9°\t63°\t129.5\n2/6/08 \t21:29:42\t21:36:34\t00:06:52\t01:30:11\t316°\t25°\t103°\t129.9\n2/6/08 \t23:04:37\t23:11:33\t00:06:55\t01:28:03\t299°\t28°\t151°\t130.2\nISS (ZARYA) at Baltimore,MD with 5° mask\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\n2/7/08 \t13:55:22\t13:58:13\t00:02:50\t14:43:49\t173°\t7°\t81°\t128.4\n2/7/08 \t15:27:34\t15:34:57\t00:07:22\t01:29:20\t231°\t88°\t52°\t128.5\n2/7/08 \t17:03:42\t17:09:29\t00:05:47\t01:28:45\t277°\t14°\t41°\t128.8\n2/7/08 \t18:40:48\t18:44:22\t00:03:34\t01:31:18\t310°\t7°\t48°\t129.1\n2/7/08 \t20:15:51\t20:21:23\t00:05:32\t01:31:28\t319°\t13°\t80°\t129.6\n2/7/08 \t21:50:18\t21:57:44\t00:07:25\t01:28:55\t310°\t69°\t124°\t129.9\n2/7/08 \t23:26:26\t23:30:44\t00:04:17\t01:28:42\t284°\t9°\t180°\t130.2\nISS (ZARYA) at Baltimore,MD with 5° mask\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\n2/8/08 \t14:13:50\t14:20:28\t00:06:38\t14:43:05\t203°\t22°\t64°\t128.3\n2/8/08 \t15:48:35\t15:55:33\t00:06:58\t01:28:06\t254°\t29°\t45°\t128.5\n2/8/08 \t17:25:32\t17:29:59\t00:04:26\t01:29:58\t295°\t9°\t42°\t128.8\n2/8/08 \t19:01:50\t19:05:55\t00:04:05\t01:31:51\t317°\t8°\t60°\t129.2\n2/8/08 \t20:36:18\t20:43:02\t00:06:44\t01:30:22\t316°\t23°\t100°\t129.6\n2/8/08 \t22:11:09\t22:18:11\t00:07:01\t01:28:06\t300°\t32°\t149°\t129.9\nISS (ZARYA) at Baltimore,MD with 5° mask\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\n2/9/08 \t13:02:35\t13:04:09\t00:01:33\t14:44:24\t168°\t5°\t84°\t128.2\n2/9/08 \t14:34:04\t14:41:26\t00:07:22\t01:29:55\t228°\t79°\t53°\t128.3\n2/9/08 \t16:10:03\t16:15:58\t00:05:55\t01:28:36\t275°\t15°\t42°\t128.5\n2/9/08 \t17:47:12\t17:50:46\t00:03:34\t01:31:13\t309°\t7°\t47°\t128.8\n2/9/08 \t19:22:21\t19:27:44\t00:05:23\t01:31:34\t319°\t12°\t77°\t129.2\n2/9/08 \t20:56:46\t21:04:13\t00:07:27\t01:29:01\t310°\t60°\t122°\t129.6\n2/9/08 \t22:32:40\t22:37:27\t00:04:47\t01:28:26\t286°\t10°\t176°\t129.9\nISS (ZARYA) at Baltimore,MD with 5° mask\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\n2/10/08 \t13:20:28\t13:26:47\t00:06:19\t14:43:00\t200°\t19°\t65°\t128.2\n2/10/08 \t14:54:54\t15:01:59\t00:07:04\t01:28:07\t251°\t32°\t46°\t128.3\n2/10/08 \t16:31:46\t16:36:21\t00:04:35\t01:29:47\t293°\t9°\t41°\t128.5\n2/10/08 \t18:08:12\t18:12:09\t00:03:56\t01:31:50\t317°\t8°\t59°\t128.9\n2/10/08 \t19:42:41\t19:49:18\t00:06:37\t01:30:32\t317°\t21°\t97°\t129.3\n2/10/08 \t21:17:28\t21:24:35\t00:07:07\t01:28:09\t301°\t37°\t146°\t129.6\n\nOn-line Tracking:\nhttp://www.amsat.org/amsat-new/tools/\nARISS info:\nhttp://www.amsat.org/amsat-new/satellites/satInfo.php?satID=19&retURL=/satellites/status.php\nSatellite Status:\nhttp://www.amsat.org/amsat-new/satellites/\nOther AMSAT resources:\nhttp://www.amsat.org/amsat-new/information/faqs/\nLocal AMSAT Stuff:\nhttp://patkilroy.com/amsat-dc/\n\n\n=================================================================\nPatrick L.
