    "content": "Along with all the other exciting happenings at the AMSAT 40th Anniversary\nSymposium (being held October 9 - 11 at the Four Points Sheraton Hotel at\nthe Baltimore Washington Airport), we'll have a room set up for poster\ndisplays and commercial vendor tables. Take advantage of this opportunity to\nshow the rest of the amateur radio satellite community what you are doing in\nour exciting hobby.\n\n \n\nThe poster session will be open for display to the public as follows:\n\nFriday, Oct. 9:                    2:30 - 5 PM \n\n \n\nSaturday, Oct. 10:            8 - 11:45 AM\n\n                                                1 - 3:30 PM \n\n \n\nSet-up is from 1:30 - 2:30 PM on Friday and tear-down is 5 - 6 PM on\nSaturday.\n\n \n\nI need to know the following by Tuesday, Oct. 6 regarding what you will need\nfor your display:\n\nSquare footage of floor space\n\n# of tables (to be provided by hotel)\n\nIf a power drop is needed\n\nAny other special needs\n\n \n\nPlease email me at [email protected]. \n\n \n\nAlso, please pass this information along to anyone you think may be\ninterested in providing a display or commercial table.\n\n \n\nAdditional information and registration is available online at\nhttp://www.amsat.org/amsat-new/symposium/2009/index.php \n\n \n\nThanks, and see you at the Symposium soon!\n\n \n\n \n\n \n\nMark Steiner, K3MS\n\n",
