"content": "All,\n\n \n\nI appreciate the response we received from AMSAT on the upcoming\nExplore@NASAGoddard event this Saturday. Thanks!\n\n \n\nIf any of you are still interested in supporting our booth and could spare\n2-3 hours maximum, we could use a couple of folks from 10-noon or from\n10-1pm. If you know nothing about the ARISS program, that's OK. At our\nbooth, you will soon learn, first hand, how we inspire and engage students\nto pursue STEM careers through an educational experience that culminates in\na 10 minute contact with the ISS crew.\n\n \n\nLet me know if you are interested in helping in one of these two time slots.\n\n \n\n73, Frank Bauer, KA3HDO \n\n \n\n \n\nAll,\n\n \n\nThe ARISS team will be setting up and supporting a booth at the\nExplore@NASAGoddard Open House Celebration, which will be held on Saturday\nSeptember 26th from 11 am to 5 pm. We were given very prime, indoor space,\nnear other displays of NASA's Space Communication and Navigation (SCaN)\nprogram (Building 13 lobby). The booth will be interactive with the general\npublic, similar to other ARISS supported events, like our booth at the\nNational Air and Space Museum.\n\n \n\nWe are looking for volunteers to help support the booth on Saturday Sept 26.\nYou can support us for as little as 2 hours and as long as 10 am-6 pm\n(set-up preparations and tear down). Those staying at least 4 hours will\nhave lunch provided. Even if you have very little experience with ARISS but\nare a ham, we can quickly train you.\n\n \n\nIf you are interested in helping out, please contact me directly. \n\n \n\nTnx es 73, \n\nFrank Bauer, KA3HDO\n\nARISS International Chair\n\n \n\n \n\n",
