    "content": "Test transmission ARISSat-1\n\nFebruary 9, 2011 will test transmission of amateur radio satellite ARISSat-1\n(call RS1S) the ISS. Voice messages, telemetry and SSTV will transmit on\nfrequency 145.950 MHz in FM mode. The test transmission will be 2-3 days.\n\nFebruary 16 during an output of astronauts in outer space will be launched\namateursatellite ARISSat-1 (Cedar).
