Three\nof the seven seats must be filled this year.\n\nThe board members whose terms are expiring are:\n\nTom Clark, K3IO\nLou McFadin, W5DID\nBob McGwier, N4HY\n\nProspective AMSAT-NA BOD members generally attend two meetings\neach year, usually during the first and third quarters of the\nyear. Attendance at the meetings is mandatory.
