    "content": "Team:\nBack in May, I requested budget inputs by 1 July.  I received none.\n\nIn July, I asked again.  I've received none.\n\nThe AMSAT treasurer is now asking for my input by the end of August.  \nAll I can give him is what I project for project management, and the \nrollover from 06 to 07 of the IHU board respin that didn't happen.  \nEverything else will be ZERO.\n\nPlease help.\n\nThanks & 73,\nJim\[email protected]\n\n",
