    "content": "In my previous emails with Burns and Bob I was speaking from a position \nof power rail latchup protection as used on Fox and planned for Golf. \nI've previously received direction from current and previous VPEs to \nkeep it simple rather than add complexity to improve reliability. Can we \ndo better? Can we improve? Bob raised the possibility of protecting from \nbroader failures, perhaps putting in additional circuity to deal with \nsingle-points of failure and such.\n\nCertainly I can see us improving our radiation tolerance and failure \ntolerance with each new project.
