    "content": "All,\n\nAs reported I had an issue with the five volt supply failing and the TMS570.\n\nI have raved these chips, purchased new voltage reg from mouser and have all these back on the PCB and functioning.\n\nStill not seeing proper JTAG function. I am working on this now.\n\nI have posted information to the GitHub on a revised JTAG interface schematic and PCB layout. Below attached a couple of photos showing what is supposed to be the same connection for JTAG. This is not working yet though and needs more study.
