Information, please. I'm in my 70s, and DXCC SAT is on my bucket list. I'm slowly making progress with 61 entities/59 confirmed. Someone on the BB once suggested to me that I make use of digital modes to up my total. But ... before I do so, and also be sure to use low power on the bottom of bandpasses, I'm curious to know what kind of digital mode activity there really is on linear sats and what DX stations (in rarer entities) folks have actually been able to contact. Then and only then will I consider taking the plunge and buying software and hooking up a PC. CW and SSB are still lots of fun. I do not work FM sat. I'm available anytime, by the way, if anyone needs FN54/Maine. Thanks.
