[amsat-bb] AO-51 mode S

Mode S down link sounds great. I almost had the bird to myself I caught a station with NUK then nothing. Rather tricky tracking the fast moving 51 with a 3 foot dish and chasing doppler all by hand. Nice to know my old AO-40 (sobsob) S band stuff still works! Get out that "old" S band gear! 73 Bob 7LRD Seattle
