[amsat-bb] AO-27 reportedly heard this afternoon in California

K6CMG reported on the HAM-SATs reflector that he heard people talking on AO-27 during a west coast pass around 2130Z today. I checked and AO-27 was the only amateur satellite over his location at the time. Has it been reactivated? There has been no update on the AO-27 website since October 21st.
