[amsat-bb] radioes

I have run through all the CAT radioes that I can find.

The end result is that they are specific to each radio.

It is obvious, there is no backwards compatibility.

The radioes the software was written for are listed as radioes.

I thought I could re-write something to work with my radioes.

As a result of this I am doing step tuning. It will be fussy, but it is my only was. I will step both radios.

If I end up really into this, then I will try to get a listed radio.
