BTW, I'd like to hear more about your source of 10mW, sounds handy?

At 10mW I think an MFJ-762 atep attenuator will do the trip really nicely and allow you to dial down the attenuation from 1db through 100dB.

I have a little signal source of 10mw on 434 MHz
I would like to use it as a source to dest the directivity of some antenna projects.
I am finding it it too loud
How can I dampen it down besides drive it 3 kms that way ?
I spose I really need to go for a drive to the country
I really wanted to test here.
