[amsat-bb] Brazilian satellite pirates (was Re: Re: 70cm Helicoil Good/Bad expensive?)

A couple of years ago, the Brazilian authorities arrested many of these satellite pirates. A Brazilian immigrant in New Jersey was also arrested for illegally using these military satellites. I remember seeing this article around that time:
