Luc...while one hopes..there is in addition to your point, almost no chance that this launcher will fly. There are very very big changes coming to human spaceflight in the US..and Falcon is the launch vehicle to (in my view) bet on

You missed the sentence before that one:

Not a very good platform for an amateur radio satellite. Unless you want to burn $32K/year/satellite. Also questionable since the tubesat is a smaller package then a single cubesat.
