[amsat-bb] portable operation from EN-17

For those interested, I will be operating portable from EN-17xm for one pass on FO-29 on the following pass: 01-Sept at 01:48z.

If something happens and I don't make that pass, then I will be on FO-29 on 01-Sept at 14:38z.
