Here's what I get from nasabare.txt just now:

Here is the Celestrak TLE:

BOBCAT-1

2 46922  51.6444 314.0135 0000588 267.5437  92.5486 15.52237632 13027

They give very different positions.

But look, the NORAD designation is different! 46921 is actually SPOC. They names have been swapped in nasabare.txt
