[amsat-bb] The year of the OSCARS

I may be wrong, but I think that there has been more OSCARs placed in orbit then any other year.

Is anyone compiling a summary about these new SATS for publication. It would be interesting to know how many man hours and financial resources have been expended on these new SATS. Maybe DVD companion to show designing, fabrication, launch, and operations.

This might be a great idea to kick around.
