[amsat-bb] Water as a rocket fuel

Thanks to Bob for starting an interesting thread.

On boeard electrolysis of water to produce  Hydrogen/Oxygen rocket fuel.

An most interesting paper on the subject at https://e-reports-ext.llnl.gov/pdf/236614.pdf It does work in space.

Could it get us from LEO to MEO?

Since Bob is a can do guy I will follow this one with great interest, way to go Bob.
