WOW !! It sounds great. Worked WA4PGM, W3FGP, and K8DP this morning on the transponder. Strong downlink, my MaxE was 23 degrees. Wish it stayed up a little longer, but very exciting. I also called CQ twice on CW (wanted to be the first, hi hi) but no takers. 

LOTW needs to update its Satellite Name list to include MESAT1. Will have to wait to upload.

Hello Operators!  Around 0135utc tonight we commanded ON the transponder onboard MESAT1.  Quick test QSOs between Drew KO4MA, Paul N8HM, and me (N8MH) are encouraging.  Chris G0KLA monitored telemetry using FoxTelem during the pass.  All indications are good. We hope that the satellite health continues to look good through the testing.  We expect to continue the test through the weekend.

Please use the transponder while it is on!  The frequency information is:

• Telemetry downlink: 435.800 MHz 1200 baud BPSK
• Transponder uplink: 145.910-145.940 MHz
• Transponder downlink: 435.810-435.840 MHz
