[amsat-bb] ISS SSTV

During the 1520Z pass, one of the cosmonauts came on 145.800 and reported that he was copying everyone fine on the space station. Then there was a pause followed by a steady unmodulated carrier.

I guess they haven't figured out what's wrong yet.
