[AMSAT-BB] T47C special event from Cuba Will try FM ISS from FL11 next pass

Hi!

I'm trying to activate T47C from FL11 on the next ISS pass on the FM repeater (~1930z)

Fully portable, will have a Wuoxung UV-8E for RX with the stock whip and a 2m base station with 20W on a 2m mag mount on the roof of a car.
