I think I found a work around using SATPC32's WinListen and Excel. Thanks for the help everyone.

I'm looking for a LEO tracking program that will output a file at a specific time interval with time and lat/lon of the satellite sub point. The lat/lon needs to be in the format where lat is +/- 90, and long is +/-180, with no north or south and the values in individual columns.
An alternative would be a Excel macro or system to convert lat/lon in the format :
40.14°N 98.98°W
to
40.14 -98.98
If that makes sense....
