I love the AMSAT content on Twitter but I draw the line at the festering cesspool of drama that is Facebook.

I knew of the presence on Twitter since I’m active there, but since I am a Facebook holdout I didn’t realize there is good AMSAT content there as well.

Thanks for posting the statistics, JoAnne.
And it's not just the number of subscribers. The conversations and debates that used to occur here on the BB have largely moved over to Twitter and, most dramatically, to the AMSAT North America Facebook group. Especially since the launch of AO-91, there's been a dramatic increase in the amount of conversation on the Facebook group (https://www.facebook.com/groups/7828379515/). Since November 1st (and compared to the previous 60 day period), posts are up 124%, comments are up 192%, and reactions are up 177%. 2,935 of the 3,747 members have been active (in terms of at least seeing one or more posts) over the past 60 days.
