Was able to receive the following a few minutes ago from NO-44:

Looks like UISS is halfway working with the UZ7HO soundcard modem. Now if I could just figure out how to put the transmit under Doppler control and get UISS to address NO-44 I'd be in business. Sure would like to get EK59 someday!
