[amsat-bb] Pre-Amp power

My thanks to all those who offered the requested data. You confirmed what I had guessed. Also I thank those that added opinions and arguments supporting their opinions. I liked the conservativism and the attempt to avoid destroying expensive, possibly hard to replace hardware.
