I’ve been trying to figure out the correct process to engage NO-84 so testing for understanding here.

I can hear occasional PSK-31 in short bursts but have not been able to decode it yet.

I want to make sure I understand what settings to use.

Downlink USB & use FLDigi etc. for decode PSK-31

Receive downlink is USB?

What part of the spectrum Is the downlink typically in (Hz)?

Uplink is on 10 Meters USB also or LSB?

Assuming FLDigi will work PSK-31 fine for Uplink also?

What do I send on uplink, just station ID?
