The ArduSat team have released a video giving further technical details on their satellite.

By using Kickstarter and reaching out to the DIY / Maker community the team have raised over $30,000 in pledges very quickly.
Makes you wonder if Kickstarter fundraising approach might have some merit for other atellites ?
