One has to say that it ought to be a question: How does a slow moving cargo ship drift into the range safety box without being anticipated and cause a weather window to be missed and eventually a scrub? These are expensive exercises and tough questions need to be asked. I bet if you go near that box tomorrow (or whenever), you are like to be met with a flotilla and an air force and will be lucky to escape some form of sanction.
PLUS, I WANTED A LAUNCH!
