Just saw this on another list, congratulations Ramon! For those who don't know, Ramon is an active satellite op, goes on many dxpeditions taking sat gear, and is an all around friend of AMSAT.

Ramon Santoyo, XE1KK, was just elected to the new position of the Secretary for the IARU---Region 2. I hope with his help things can improve in the issure of licensure and operation in countries south of the border...Who knows??? de YLZ
