[amsat-bb] No NO-84, just ISS in the next hour

Hi!

Based on what I see at pcsat.aprs.org, the 145.825 APRS digipeater is not operational. I still plan on working the next ISS pass around 0248 UTC, using APRS mesaages to make QSOs..
