[amsat-bb] NO-84

I've never experienced a PSAT pass that was of decent elevation (say, over 20°) that I couldn't get into with an arrow and 10w from my D710.

And occasionally it sounds so strong as to lead me to believe it's putting out at LEAST 5 watts (which we know is not the case).

That's when it's on, of course.
