[AMSAT-BB] GitHub and AMSAT-NA Amateur satellite database

Since we last exchanged emails, I used my mirror to draft a searchable sortable list of ham satellites for possible inclusion of on the AMSAT website. It's my humble effort to take what I've learned and share it with others. Since you are responsible for the list I'm working with, I've credited you on the page.
