No.

Loaded the drivers from the Fox Delta site, and connected everything up. My computer, which runs Windows 10 recognized the new USB controller and assigned it to COM Port 3.

The setup instructions for the STS2 advise me to use the terminal emulator program such as Hyperterminal to verify communication between the computer and the STS2. Unfortunately, Windows 10 no longer includes Hyperterminal.

Putty is my terminal emulation program of choice.  Even when HyperTerminial was available, I HATED it and would use it only as an absolute last resort.
