[amsat-bb] ISS SSTV

I worked graveyard shift, so had it on auopilot. But all I am getting is a screen of static.. Antenna is tracking fine. 145.800 FM Using MMSSTV. Any ideas what I may be doing wrong ? Is it transmitting over the east coast of the US?
