Good morning friend, unfortunately I was not the one who broadcast on the AO7B I saw the QSO and the comment, I have only been able to TX twice in 435mhz because I have my equipment with transmission problems in 70cm, I hope to fix it soon with the help from Hector CO6CBF, I know I can't TX in 432. Calling CO8LY a "pirate" for being out-of-band is a bit harsh. He may not know that the Cuban regulations prohibit transmissions on the 432 MHz segment used by AO-7's uplink.
