[amsat-bb] Re: AO-7

As W7LRD observed, AO-7 did not go to mode B as expected earlier today. As of 0100 March 1, it was still in mode A (with signals in the 10m downlink weak) and the 70cm beacon is on at 435.100 with a good signal.
