[amsat-bb] ARISSat-1 CW and BPSK audio file

I put 2318z ARISSat-1 CW and BPSK mp3 file on my web site.

I recorded all the ARISSat-1 band with FCD and HDSDR . The mp3 file was made with replay the recorded file. FCD is fun for ARISSat-1.
