You need to grab the audio from Data2 port and run it to your computer's line in and also long press FM button to put it in digital mode.

Doesn't 9k6 need response down to DC? Why couldn't one hook up to the DATA2 jack on the IC-9100?
Beyond that, the '9100 has a USB port which provides audio I/O to a PC, which is what I think Shakeel is referring to. That might have the same filters as the normal audio jack. A quick test using fldigi and looking at the waterfall will show the approximate filter shape.
