[amsat-bb] A question about the UHF and Vhf Fm repeaters

Hello there,

I am rather new to satellites and I am wondering when you contact So50 is there a plus or minus setting or is it supposed to be a no offset? Otherwise, I have everything else going and heard So50 just about 5 minutes ago.
