[amsat-bb] SO-67 uplink?

I noticed that the downlink is a bit off the _current_ published frequencies. Right now the congestion is far too high to do tests on North American passes, but has anyone elsewhere with good Doppler correction software had a chance to tune around for the optimum uplink?
