[amsat-bb] SO-50 question

I worked several operators last night on SO-50 at about 0115 UT and then......pffft. I couldn't get into the satellite at all after it passed overhead and to the SE.

Does SO-50 shut down if there's too much use?

I was hoping to work the young woman who kept calling me but she was having trouble or getting stepped on or whatever. She'd get out "W7O...." and then nothing.
