RadFxSat-2 (AO-109) does not have a 2 meter transmitter. That was likely CAPE-3, which was on the same launch, which does have a 2 meter transmitter on the space APRS frequency of 145.825 MHz. I thought I saw a report a couple of weeks that they were having trouble with the 2 meter transmitter, which may explain the weak and brief signal.
AO-109’s beacon downlink is at 435.750 MHz and the transponder downlink is 435.760 MHz - 435.790 MHz. At this time, we have heard no verified reports of the beacon being active. The transponder does pass signals, but the downlink is weak. Our Engineering team has asked that it not be used while testing and evaluation is underway.

I may have heard the RadFXSAT-2 (#47311) today 18-Feb at 22:35z on 145.825. I am in Nashville, TN EM66. If so it was very weak and brief. I had no decode. Is it operational? de Curt N4MEY
