If you find manual tuning to be a drag, I recommend mounting the 910 on a backpack frame and using a laptop to tune with a laptop harness, as seen here:

Since it is a little heavy for neck straps, and the belt clip is made of 3/8" steel plate, I'd probably recommend the BABYBJÖRN carrier approach.
