[amsat-bb] CAS-4A Turned ON

Cas 4A sat transponder was turned on at 13:31 UTC this morning over North America. Very strong downlink signal . Did not have time to try CAS-4B... No other stations heard through pass. JACK KC7MG Grid DM42 Arizona
